    Whatever you believe is in you to do, start doing it now; do not postpone it to tomorrow because every day you add a day to your age, and before you know it you are seventy years old, and your body becomes weak, and your mental powers begin to wane. 
   Therefore, whatever you believe you came to this world to do, do it now, not tomorrow; to put it off to tomorrow is the ego's way of making you not actualize your potential.
     Do it; do it now, not tomorrow. 
    Don’t let fear keep you from realizing your potential; fear prevents many people from truly living; you are truly living when you are trying to discover your real self, and not trying to be a false self that you believe that other people would approve of you.
    Be yourself and be it now. 
    There is God and God is love; therefore, our real selves are loving; I must love all people to live from my real self.
    What is in you to do must be realistic, adaptive to the environment, and not a mere idealistic wish for the environment (you and all people) to be different from how nature made it. 
   Wishing for a fantasy powerful self and perfect world is delusional and not a realistic effort to actualize one.

Late Rear Admiral David Baderinwa Alabi (rtd)  If Rear Admiral David Baderinwa Alabi (rtd) had been a politician who helped himself  to the public till, pocketed jumbo salaries, received mind-boggling allowances and took dubious pensions, the nation would have stood still in his memory on May 17. There would have been a barrage  of activities, sports competitions, colloquium, music, dance, the nation’s flag flying at half mast and the media awash with paid for in memorial adverts all in his memory. But Rear Admiral Alabi was never a politician. He was a detribalised Nigerian, a naval  officer, a visionary, a community leader, a philanthropist, a change agent who in his lifetime did more for humanity than several politicians in the country lumped together.
