Your ability to solve problem determine your personal and societal capacity of usefulness.

There are Some people that have the capacity to solve their personal problems. 

Another group have the capacity to solve their community problems. 

A higher group has developed the capacity to solve national problems.

An advanced small group have developed the capacity to solve global problems. We call them global figures. 

But there's another higher level of problem solvers, they are occupying their minds with creating solutions to Universal problems - finding ways to harness potentials in other planets. These category of problem solvers are selectively few in our world at large. We call them universal solution providers

Now let's get real.... There's a huge group who can't solve their own personal problems. They have an entitlement mentality. They want to be spoon fed in this dynamic generation. They are the problem of our ecosystem. 

Those who solve national and global problems also have personal problems but they decided to look away from their personal problems. They understand that by solving bigger problems, their personal problems will seize to exist. 

No man will be honored above the level of problems he is capable of solving. 

Last word.... It is myopic to take pride in the fact that you can solve your own problems. That's not an achievement. Start solving higher problems - that's the place of honor.

Late Rear Admiral David Baderinwa Alabi (rtd)  If Rear Admiral David Baderinwa Alabi (rtd) had been a politician who helped himself  to the public till, pocketed jumbo salaries, received mind-boggling allowances and took dubious pensions, the nation would have stood still in his memory on May 17. There would have been a barrage  of activities, sports competitions, colloquium, music, dance, the nation’s flag flying at half mast and the media awash with paid for in memorial adverts all in his memory. But Rear Admiral Alabi was never a politician. He was a detribalised Nigerian, a naval  officer, a visionary, a community leader, a philanthropist, a change agent who in his lifetime did more for humanity than several politicians in the country lumped together.
